What is the Forever Love bracelet made of?+
Each Forever Love bracelet is crafted in 925 sterling silver, available in a warm gold-plated finish or the natural silver finish. It arrives in gift-ready packaging, ready to give the moment it arrives.
How should I care for it?+
- Sterling silver is well suited to everyday wear, including light water exposure.
- For the gold-plated finish, limit prolonged exposure to salt water, chlorine and perfume to keep the plating looking its best.
- Store in the included pouch when not worn, and wipe gently with a soft cloth.

Can I swap the satin cord colour later?+
Yes — if you'd like a different satin cord colour, send us your bracelet and we'll fit your charm onto a new satin cord for €15.
I received this bracelet as a gift, but it is too big or too small. What should I do?+
No problem! Please send us an email with your wrist measurement.
We will provide you with a return number so you can send the bracelet back to us. We will adjust the bracelet to the correct size free of charge and return it to you.

I received this bracelet as a gift and the cord has broken. What should I do?+
If the cord breaks within the first 3 months, we will replace it free of charge.
Please send us an email with a clear photo of your bracelet. We will then provide you with a return number so you can send the bracelet back to us for repair.
If more than 3 months have passed, we are still happy to replace the cord for you for a €15 service fee.
